Instructor-led training "Hands-on"

  • ILT - Instructor-led training, attend at a HP Partner Training Facility
  • Instructor-led training (ILT) is conducted in one of HP Partner Training classrooms . Our expert instructors, rated by past students, as among the most knowledgeable and proficient at teaching, are physically located in the same room as the students. From state-of-the art classrooms, instructors present the course material using slides, which is enhanced by student manuals, handouts, and hands-on lab exercises.

  • OILT -Online instructor-led training, attend from your office or home (online)
  • Online instructor-led training (OILT) is available to you from the comfort of your own computer. Via the HP Virtual Classroom, you can participate in live, interactive training and education courses.

    What makes online instructor-led training so great?

    • You can more easily 'fit in' training around your schedule, signing up for a live, interactive course you'll take right from your desktop
    • Reap the benefits of live, interactive training without the hassle and high costs associated with traveling to training
    • Students can 'raise their hands' to ask questions, use the question manager to type in their questions, or hold 'private chats' with the instructor or other students
    • Students can talk and listen to one another, and the instructor via teleconference

Self-paced training

  • WBT - Web-based training, attend from your office or home (online), available for download
  • Web-based training is self-paced online training you can take at your leisure and from the comfort of your home or office computer. Presented in modular fashion, you can spend 10 minutes or 10 hours at a single setting, working through your particular course - whichever best meets your need. And, you can revisit the course as often as you like.

    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or Mozilla Firefox 1.2.1
    • System font set to small or normal
    • 800 × 600 screen area (resolution), high or medium color
    • 266MHz processor and 32MB of RAM
    • 56Kb/s modem (if viewing online)
    • JavaScript-enabled browser

  • Webinar - Audio, video presentations, attend from your office or home ( online)- available for download

    Webinar session are audio, video presentations that you may attend from your office or home ( online) and are also available for download. This on demand web streaming of integrated video, audio, and graphics to PCs over the Internet is available 24x7.

Cancellation policy

Registration may be canceled without tuition charge if Hewlett-Packard Training Registration receives notification of cancellation eleven business days prior to class. Cancellations made ten to three business days prior to class will incur a $150 cancellation charge. Cancellations made two business days prior or less to class date and/or no-shows will incur the full tuition charge.

All course offerings are dependent on classroom, equipment and instructor availability. Hewlett-Packard reserves the right to cancel or change a class at any time without liability to the attendee for costs incurred due to such cancellations or changes, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations.
