Participants will learn about HP's workflow solutions and how to apply these solutions in customer's environments. The participants will learn how customers can improve their workflow processes using HP products. The students will be able to recommend and implement the right document workflow solution by understanding the document workflow needs and processes of the customer.

The content trained in this course will allow the participant to qualify through the HP Certified Program test.

Improve Document Workflow is designed to give the students an understanding of benefits (for both the reseller and customer) derived from first learning and then improving the customer's workflow and processes. Hands on labs will familiarize the students with the HP workflow solutions.

• Comprehend the benefits to customers and resellers for consulting on improving workflows and processes.
• Define a workflow solution for the customer.
